YBell is an easy to use multipurpose fitness tool with a proven efficient workout, so it is literally for Every Body.

From elite sporting teams and trainers, to rehabilitation and your own workout at home. Training is designed to use 1 to 2 of the same size YBell for the entire workout.

Choose a YBell that you can comfortably squat with, press over your head, arm curl and lunge with, at least 5 times in a row.

You should consider using the smallest YBell (XS) 4.3kg. Some people may be able to use the Small (S) 6.5kg.  If you aren’t sure, contact us on Facebook or here.

You should consider using the Extra Small (XS) 4.3kg or the Small (S) 6.5kg YBell . Some people may be able to use the Medium (M) 8kg YBell. If you aren’t sure, contact us on Facebook or here.
